6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wingo Game offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Read the wagering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to a 10x wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, as a general rule.
• The maximum withdrawal limit on bonus winnings is specified in the terms of each individual bonus.
• Intentional abuse of the bonus system will result in account suspension.

Wingo Game reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, bonuses already in progress will remain valid until their expiry where applicable.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Wingo Game:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — this applies especially to in-play betting.

• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already placed will remain valid.

For Sports Betting results, the official outcome declared by the relevant sports federation is considered final. In the event of any dispute, Wingo Game's decision is final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wingo Game:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Attempting to hack or technically interfere with the gaming system.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Abusing the system through bonus abuse or collaborative betting.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Wingo Game may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. The account will be closed once the remaining balance has been withdrawn.

A maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts, though the balance will never fall below zero.

10Limitation of Liability

Wingo Game will not be held liable for the following:

• When gameplay is interrupted due to a user's internet connection issue.
• When a third-party payment provider experiences a service disruption.
• Losses resulting from the user sharing their own login credentials.
• Force majeure — unforeseeable circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, war, and similar events.

However, Wingo Game is fully liable for its own technical failures. Players affected by server downtime or system errors will be compensated.

11Responsible Gaming Policy

Wingo Game believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We take responsible gaming very seriously.
